On the recommendation of a friend, we popped into
Embers for dinner one fine evening, a restaurant that is quickly gaining fans all over the city.
The meal was, needless to say, sublime, and the waitstaff were both knowledgeable and friendly. We even treated ourselves to some juicy Lebanese wines - slightly peppery yet fresh and easy to drink. A wonderful compliment to a meal filled with exotic tastes and sensations.

| For dessert: Rose jelly sahleb cream and sumac strawberries, and a Tahini and dried persian fig brulee - a must try! |
