The first time I went backpacking, I brought a bright red Victoria's Secret terry-cloth bathrobe along with me. Upon seeing me, a more-experienced traveler blurted in astonishment, "You're the first person I've ever seen wearing a bathrobe in a hostel."All right, I don't travel like that any longer, but even a world-weary backpacker deserves a treat sometimes right? That's why I can't get enough of Nivea's range of face masks. For a start, they are ridiculously affordable, and come in sealed twin packs which makes it easy to tote around in any bag I'm carrying. It's a great pick-me-up and skin refresher when you've been on the road too long and don't want to come home looking like The Grinch.
The downside? Since this is not a clear mask, it's best to keep this in the confines of your hotel room and indulge in a little 'me' time.
Available at most pharmacies in Indulging Honey Mask, Soft Calming Mask, Refining Peel Off Mask and Active Purifying Mask to suit a wide range of skin needs.
